Blessed Sacrament’s 2024 Giving Tree 

Thank you for your past participation in Blessed Sacrament's Giving Tree program!  Did you know the Giving Tree program provides Christmas gifts for over 700 children in need in our area?  This year we will have an in-person gift donation and also have an online donation that will go towards gift cards for the families in need.  In most cases your donation will be the only gift the child receives, so please consider giving generously!

Frequently Asked Questions About the Giving Tree

Who receives the gift and gift cards?
Children in need whose parents apply through St. Thomas More, Our Lady Queen of the Americas, and The Spanish Catholic Center. Blessed Sacrament's Center for Social Concerns also takes in some special requests.
 
How much should I spend? 
The amount you spend per child is entirely discretionary, but remember what you buy may be the only gifts some children may receive so consider the same generosity you would if you were buying for your own child, grandchild or loved one. On average, people report they spend $100 per child, but all gifts are appreciated.
