Men's Retreat

The 2015 Men's Retreat was held February 27 - March 3, 2015 at Loyola Retreat House in Faulkner, MD.  Based on the methodology and content of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola, the retreat was conducted in an atmosphere of prayerful silence and included generous amounts of time for prayer, personal reflection, and the cultivation of a deep relationship with God. The theme was Behold the Face of God.

Personal prayer and reflection are absolutely essential to growing in a personal relationship with God.  Loyola's directors encourage and instruct retreatants in ways to grow from knowing the Lord himself.  In prayer, the retreatant finds himself growing from awareness of Jesus to the experience of Jesus Christ and His personal love, ultimately discovering a desire to walk through life in companionship with the Lord.

This 57-year parish tradition is always open to all men ages ten and up.  It's a great opportunity for fathers to spend quality time with their sons.
