Faith Formation Commission
The Formation Commission is one of the parish Leadership Commissions. The Commission is made up of volunteers who serve for two years. These volunteers come from the various formation ministries.
Formation Commission Mission
The mission of the Formation Commission is to establish and guide a unified direction for all aspects associated with formation, cradle to grave, including the school, religious education, sacramental preparation, RCIA and adult enrichment. The commission will coordinate the unified direction among the various formation ministries, and evaluate the progress of each ministry toward the established goals.
