The Second Vatican Council stated "in. . .the domestic Church, the parents by word and example are the first heralds of faith with regard to their children." Blessed Sacrament provides several resources to support the complex and sometimes difficult vocation of being a parent.
Ministry of Mothers Sharing (M.O.M.S.) - a group of mothers gathered to form a network of mutual spiritual support.
Mothers' Renew Group - parish mothers meet to prepare for Lent and Advent.
Parent Education Program (PEP) - meetings of parents with a guest speaker and discussion, designed to address specific social or educational issues.
